E360 per EN 10025-2 (1.0070). Highest-strength unalloyed structural steel -- high C and Mn without Cr/Ni/Mo. Rm 690-900 MPa hot-rolled. Not suitable for welding (CE ~0.75). Standard for shafts, axles, large bolts and machine parts requiring maximum strength at minimum alloy cost.
