5754 — Al-Mg alloy for automotive body panels, shipbuilding and structural applications. Excellent weldability and formability. Rm 190-240 MPa H22.
EN AW-5754 (AlMg3) per EN 573-3. 3% Mg alloy with good balance of strength, formability and corrosion resistance. H22 temper (quarter-hard + stabilised). Standard for automotive structural body panels (BMW, Audi), railway car bodies, shipbuilding and general fabricated structures. Better strength than 3003, better formability than 5083.
