67SiCr5 -- combined Si-Cr spring steel for the highest-strength spring applications. Rm 1600-2000 MPa. For heavily loaded automotive and industrial springs requiring maximum strength from conventional spring steel.
67SiCr5 (EN 1.7103) per EN 10089. Si (1.2-1.6%) + Cr (0.50-0.80%) combined gives better hardenability than Si-only grades and better elevated temperature properties than Cr-only grades. Standard for heavy-duty automotive suspension springs, industrial coil springs and torsion springs requiring Rm>1500 MPa.
